How do I renew my domain name or hosting service?

To renew your hosting service or to renew a domain name, first login to your Client Area.

You will immediately be presented with any Unpaid Invoices, Overdue Invoices and/or any Domains Expiring Soon. You can pay an unpaid invoice or renew your domain name directly from the home page of your Client Area.

Accepted payment methods

Bank transfers and mail in cheque payments are only accepted for annual hosting plans and domain name payments. If paying a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual hosting plan you must make payment by credit card or PayPal.

You can also pay an unpaid invoice and review your entire invoice history with us by clicking on Billing, and then My Invoices.

You can also renew a domain name by clicking on Domains, and then Renew Domains.
