How do I change my domain's Name Servers or DNS records?

Our free service includes taking care of setting up and configuring all DNS records for you.

If you would like to change your domain's Name Servers or DNS records please Open a Support Ticket to submit your requested changes.

When a domain name is delegated to a new set of Name Servers or when the DNS Records for a domain name are changed, such changes take time to propagate through the Internet. Propagation is the process where all of the other DNS Servers on the Internet learn of the new authoritative DNS Servers, or the new DNS records.

Once we submit your requested changes, it is out of our control how long propagation will take. Full propagation can take anywhere between one hour and 48-hours to complete.
