How to check your website's Disk Usage or Bandwidth in cPanel

We recommend that you keep an eye on your website's disk space usage and bandwidth quota.

If you hit your limits, or ignore any emails we may send you warning of your disk space consumption, your website may not remain visible and database corruption could result.

To check your website's disk usage or bandwidth, log in to cPanel using the cPanel login URL, username and password provided to you.

When logged in, view the Statistics section.

Here you can see the current month’s Bandwidth usage for your site and your Disk Usage.

Note: You can check your email disk usage in your Mail Control Panel.

To see how much storage space is being used by each directory and sub-directory in your account, click the Disk Usage icon.

If you are using over 75% of your allocated quota you may wish to consider upgrading your hosting package to the next plan. You can upgrade your service to a package which better suits your requirements at any time.
